Welcome to Perpex. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Perpex governing your access to and use of our professional trading platform for Hyperliquid DEX. By creating an account or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

These terms apply to all users of the Perpex platform, including traders, developers accessing our API, and any other individuals or entities using our services. If you are using Perpex on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Perpex provides advanced trading tools including copy trading, grid trading, algorithmic bots, and portfolio management features. Our platform is designed for experienced traders who understand the risks associated with perpetual futures trading and cryptocurrency markets. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use our services in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, front-running, or any form of deceptive trading practices. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, including tax reporting obligations.

Perpex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if we reasonably believe you are in violation of these terms or engaging in activities that may harm the platform, other users, or the integrity of the markets. We may also restrict access from certain jurisdictions where our services may not be legally permitted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. Perpex does not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost funds or reverse transactions executed on the blockchain. You agree to use our platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and to refrain from any prohibited activities including market manipulation, unauthorized access, or fraudulent behavior.

You acknowledge that trading perpetual futures involves significant financial risk and that past performance is not indicative of future results. Perpex is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment advice. Any information provided on our platform, including analytics, trader statistics, and market data, is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice or a recommendation to trade.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of Perpex immediately.

Material changes to these terms will be communicated through prominent notice on our platform or via email notification to registered users. Your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.
